Welcome to Altway! By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. 🛒 Order Processing

All Altway products are made to order through our trusted partner, Printify. This helps us reduce waste and ensure quality.

• Production Time: 2–5 business days (on average)

• Order Changes: Once your order is placed, it enters production quickly. We may not be able to cancel or change it after confirmation.

2. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Time: Varies by location, generally 3–10 business days after production.

• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

• Delays: We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incomplete/incorrect shipping information.

3. 🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or

• The item is significantly different from what you ordered

Please report any issues within 30 days of delivery with photos to founder@altwaylife.style

4. 📏 Sizing

We provide detailed Size Guides on each product page. It is your responsibility to select the correct size. We do not offer returns for wrong size selection unless the error was ours.

5. 📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

6. 🔐 Privacy

Your personal information is safe with us. We only use your data to process orders and communicate with you. Check out our full Privacy Policy for more info.

7. 📸 Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, designs, images, and text — belongs to Altway. Do not copy, reproduce, or use it without permission.

8. ⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in local courts.
