At Altway, all of our products are made to order just for you — so we don’t keep inventory or offer general returns or exchanges. We believe in transparency, so here’s what you need to know:

🔁 Can I Return or Exchange My Order?

Because each item is custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Items delivered as described and undamaged

Please double-check our size guide before placing your order — we want your fit to be perfect!

❌ Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Orders?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’ve got your back.

We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund if the issue meets the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged in shipping, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect.

  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • You provide clear photos of the issue.

📸 How to Submit an Issue

Send us an email at founder@altwaylife.style with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and the packaging (if damaged)

We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours with a solution.

📏 Sizing Tip

Because we can’t offer exchanges for size-related issues, please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. If you’re unsure, reach out — we’re happy to help you find the right fit!
