At Altway, all of our products are made to order just for you — so we don’t keep inventory or offer general returns or exchanges. We believe in transparency, so here’s what you need to know:
🔁 Can I Return or Exchange My Order?
Because each item is custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size ordered
Change of mind
Items delivered as described and undamaged
Please double-check our size guide before placing your order — we want your fit to be perfect!
❌ Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Orders?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’ve got your back.
We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund if the issue meets the following conditions:
The product was damaged in shipping, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect.
You contact us within 30 days of delivery.
You provide clear photos of the issue.

Send us an email at founder@altwaylife.style with:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Photos of the item and the packaging (if damaged)
We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours with a solution.
📏 Sizing Tip
